Nothing Launches CMF Phone 2 Pro Featuring Modular Accessories and Enhanced Camera System at Affordable Prices

The CMF Phone 2 Pro from Nothing has made its debut, featuring a 6.77-inch 120 Hz AMOLED display and a robust camera system. This smartphone is designed to provide a full day of battery life, equipped with a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera.
This model is positioned as an affordable option, with prices starting at £219 in the UK and €249 in Europe for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. In the United States, customers can purchase an 8GB/256GB model for $279 through Nothing’s beta program.
The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro processor, promising a 10% increase in processing speed and a 5% enhancement in graphics performance compared to its predecessor, the CMF Phone Pro 1. Notably, the new design limits compatibility with existing accessories, with only the lanyard being interchangeable.
The CMF Phone 2 Pro has received a rating of IP54 for water protection, an upgrade from the previous IP52 rating. Its camera capabilities have also been enhanced, featuring a primary 50MP camera with a 1/1.57-inch image sensor and a 24mm focal length equivalent. The telephoto camera offers 2X optical zoom and supports up to 20X digital zoom, while the ultra-wide camera features a 119.5-degree field of view.
Additional specifications include a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, a display peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits, and a body thickness of 7.8mm with a weight of 185 grams. Connectivity options include WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and 5G, along with an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
The CMF Phone 2 Pro supports modular accessories that attach via an optional Universal Cover, allowing users to add features like interchangeable camera lenses or a wallet kickstand. The phone is available in orange, black, and white in the U.S., with a green option potentially available in other markets.
